Macroact Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the **AVYRA** mobile application (“App”).
1. DATA COLLECTION AND USE
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our AI video-call service and to support our ad-funded free tier.
- Audio and Video Data: To enable the AI Avatar interaction, we access your device’s camera and microphone. This data is processed in real-time to generate AI responses.
- Usage Information: We collect data on your usage minutes, feature preferences, and technical logs (IP address, device type, OS version) to improve App performance.
- Transaction Data: For In-App purchases, all financial data is handled by Apple/Google. We receive only a confirmation of purchase and a transaction ID.
2. REAL-TIME AI PROCESSING (GOOGLE GEMINI)
AVYRA utilizes Google Gemini as a third-party AI sub-processor.
- Transitional Processing: Your voice, video, and text inputs are transmitted to Google Gemini servers to facilitate the real-time conversation.
- No Permanent Storage: We do not record or store video/audio files of your calls on our servers.
- No Model Training: Under our agreement with our AI providers, your private conversational data is not used to "train" or improve the underlying AI models for other users.
- We confirm that Google Gemini, as our third-party AI provider, provides the same or equal protection of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.
3. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING
To provide the 3-minute free tier, we work with third-party advertising partners (Google AdMob).
- Tracking Consent: On iOS, we respect the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We only track your activity for personalized ads if you grant explicit permission.
- Non-Personalized Ads: If you opt-out of tracking or are identified as a minor, you will see "contextual" ads (based on the app's content) rather than personalized ads.
4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (PIPA & COPPA)
AVYRA is a general-audience app that may be used by children.
- Verifiable Parental Consent: In accordance with ROK law, we require parental consent for users under 14.
- Safety First: We do not collect precise geolocation or persistent identifiers from children for the purpose of profiling or behavioral advertising.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION
- Audio/Video: Deleted immediately after the real-time processing of the call is completed (maximum retention 24 hours for safety/quality auditing).
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account's existence.
- Legal Destruction: When data is no longer needed or upon account deletion, we destroy personal information using technically irreversible methods (e.g., low-level formatting for digital files).
6. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with:
- AI Service Providers: Google Gemini (for conversation generation).
- Ad Partners: To serve ads in the free tier.
- App Stores: Apple and Google (for payment processing).
- Legal Authorities: Only when required by ROK law or to prevent immediate harm to a user.
7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your location, you have the following rights:
- Access/Correction: You may request to see or correct your data.
- Deletion: You may delete your account and associated data at any time via the App settings.
- Revocation of Consent: You may revoke camera and microphone permissions through your device settings at any time, which will disable the call features.
8. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our AI processors, to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy to reflect changes in AI technology or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes through an in-app banner or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
